Overview

PubliusForge helps users analyze legislative and policy documents. This policy explains what information we process and why.

Information you provide

• Analysis inputs: bill numbers and any notes or text you paste into the analysis experience.
• Account identifiers: if you sign in via your organization (for example, Entra ID), we may receive a stable user ID and email address.
• Billing details: payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.

How we use information

• Retrieve source documents and generate analysis outputs.
• Maintain a history of reports in your environment (for example, saved JSON reports).
• Operate subscriptions and manage entitlements.
• Troubleshoot errors and improve reliability.

Third-party services

• Stripe for payments and subscription management.
• AI providers (configured by the deployment) to generate summaries and extracted insights.
• Cloud storage/databases (optional) such as Azure Cosmos DB to store customer mappings and entitlement state.

Data retention

Retention depends on your deployment configuration. Generated analysis artifacts may be stored on the server under the artifacts/ directory and/or in configured databases.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect data in transit and at rest, but no method of storage or transmission is 100% secure.
